We are super excited to get started going through the steps outlined in Jay’s book, Lean Inside: 7 Steps to Personal Power. This book is truly life changing and it walks through the process Jay uses in his workshops. We invite our listeners to join us as we work through the seven steps over the next few weeks.
This week’s episode starts with a quick vocabulary lesson of sorts. We have developed such a short hand with each other that we sometimes forget that not everyone knows our “language.” We review some of our terms and how they fit within the work. We also dive into Step Two: Get to a Happy Place. Walking through the Happiness and Productivity Workout that Jay uses in his book and his seminars allows us to get a baseline for where we are, what we need to work on and how we can keep in the work.
We invite you to do the worksheet with us! Simply go to Jay’s Website and download the workout and fill it out as you listen or after…and then join us in our “Doing the Work with Jay and Becca” private Facebook group to share your results! We will have a special post where you can share your numbers, let us know which area you need to work on and make pledge to increase at least one number in the next 30 days. Each week we will have a new post about the step we discuss on the episode which will keep us all doing the work together. Just follow the link or search Doing the Work with Jay and Becca on Facebook to find us.
Everything you need already exists inside you…Lean Inside with us to find out!
