Part 2 of 2–Today have the conclusion of Sahara’s coaching call on vulnerability. Last week we hit on the “ah ha” moment of her own place in pushing people away and the story of being an angry person. This week we focus on the baby steps out of that place and the end goals of where she is headed.
Sahara’s honesty and willingness to get ready was truly awe inspiring. Each time we have a coaching call, Jay and I walk away changed. We learn from each person and it is such an honor to have them trust our process. Thank you Sahara for your bravery, honesty and your willingness to put yourself out there!
A little info about Sahara with her bio–

She provides content and social media marketing strategies for business owners that value individuality, boldness, a rebel mindset, and an offbeat lifestyle. She empowers them with the tools to harness their weirdness, target the right audience, and grow their businesses like the badasses they are. You can find Sahara’s work on her website or on social media including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
This week we invite you to join us on the Doing the Work Facebook page to share your vulnerability stories. What armor have you created to protect yourself and live in survival mode? Are you ready to let it go?
