Episode 68: Coaching Call with Amanda Gareis on Procrastination Week 2

August 23, 2017

We are finishing up our coaching call from last week with Amanda Gareis on this week’s episode. This is the “ah ha” and putting baby steps into place portion of the call…which is always my favorite! So…if you haven’t listened to last week’s episode yet–do that before you listen! You want to get the back story before you get the steps!

What do you do when it all seem like “too much?” Give yourself 5 minutes. That is all your need. 5 minutes.

Thank you so much to Amanda for her bravery and willingness to share. This topic is affecting so many and we truly appreciate her openness and being the “one” to take the spotlight on the issue.

A little more background on Amanda with her bio–

Amanda Gareis is an artist and writer living in the west of Ireland. Her textile sculpture, collage and millinery works are inspired by the weirdness and sweetness of nature, beloved antique toys, and the magic of heirloom fabrics and ribbons from long ago.
She also writes beautiful, heartfelt copy for companies that want an authentic and emotional connection with their customers. You can keep up with her on Instagram @tallbluestarry and on Etsy at https://www.etsy.com/shop/TallBlueStarry.
