Eek! We finally have THE Denise Mead on our podcast! We know that you have all been itching to hear from her based upon Jay and Becca raving about her work. Bodywork is a HUGE part of the work. Jay and Becca understand that more and more each day. During today’s episode you will learn more about myofasical release, finding a practitioner, healing modalities, and all the witchy goodness that is Denise.

For this week’s topic in our private Facebook group we will be talking about bodywork and the work. What are your experiences with each? What methods are you using to connect the mind and body? Come and share your experience with us! Join us in the group today!
